The 3,300 square foot, single story building, designed by Richard Ward Associates, will be built at 714 SE 8th Street, with entrances on both L and 8th Streets. It will be decorated with our clients in mind, providing them a safe and calm atmosphere immediately upon entering.

There will be a defined division between our parenting programs and our medical services. Why? A woman who feels abortion is her only option may be uncomfortable around babies and children.
The parenting side of the building will have 2 private counseling offices for individual parenting classes, as well as a large multi-purpose room, to hold parenting classes. This room will also give us much-needed room for volunteer trainings and other meetings that have been held for years off-site.

The medical side of the building will have 2 exam rooms, in addition to a large ultrasound room with its own bathroom, which will easily accommodate family and friends who support each client. We will have a lab where pregnancy tests can be completed by our medical staff, and enough space in which we can expand our medical services in the future.

This is a GREAT time to build! Materials and costs are down by 12-15%. Home Valley Bank has graciously agreed to finance an 18-month construction loan at reduced rates and fees. During this time we will complete the building and move in, yet we will have 18 months to raise all the necessary funds in the campaign before payments on a mortgage begin. Our goal is to have no mortgage whatsoever. It’s time to GROW, and we need your help!
